Saturday 5th July

  1. 8.30 – 10.30 Tricks for fun and training for starter tricks, easy tricks to start with and how to teach them, a fun thing for you and your dog
  2. 11.00 – 1.00 Starter tricks and all you need to know to compete. Renee will go over correct protocol, ring craft and best tricks to suit you and your dog
  3. 2.00 – 4.00 Rally Novice and Advanced, a good opportunity to get expert advice and help with all those (sometimes) confusing signs
  4. Sunday 6th July 8.30 – 10.30 Renee will set up a mock trick trial so you and your dog can try your try your trick skills, and you’ll get advice and feedback so that you’re ready for the real thing
  5. 11.00 – 1.00 Jumps and tunnel sequences, hone those direction and verbal skills to negotiate those tricky turns
  6. 2.00 – 4.00 Rally skills, advanced and masters

About Renee
I have been training dogs and competing in all performance sport for 20 years or so.  Agility is my 1st love, and my passion is dog training.  I believe that to be successful in any sports you need to have a good STRONG foundation training and a great relationship with your dog.
I look forward to sharing some knowledge with you all.
Some of my top achievements with my amazing dogs include:
  • Top dog (top 10 dogs in Vic) run offs for 5 years in a row winning the coveted top dog agility in 2012.  Representing Vic in teams at the 2016 SA agility nationals
  • Won intermediate freestyle and the 1st ever DWD nationals in QLD
  • With my current 3 Border Collies Hype, Arctic and Boost we compete in dancing, tracking, tricks, herding and rally titles rally, agility, dancing and tricks
  • Arctic also enjoys sheep training; we love DWD, scent work, tricks, rally, tracking and have competed to a high level in all.
