OVCC Bimonthly General Meeting
Sunday 4th May
Members are welcome to attend our bimonthly general meeting.  Keep up with what's going on and what's coming up next.  Enjoy a cuppa and some morning tea along the way!

Come and Try Flyball
Most Tuesdays from 5.00pm - Bright
Club members are invited to come along and try the fast action sport of flyball.  Great for any dog who loves running and retrieving!  Contact Kathy to register your interest 0418313306 or email [email protected].

Members of the community are welcome to come along and join in a fun morning of games and activities with their dogs.

Saturday 5th July

1. 8.30 – 10.30 Tricks for fun and training for starter tricks, easy tricks to start with and how to teach them, a fun thing for you and your dog
2. 11.00 – 1.00 Starter tricks and all you need to know to compete. Renee will go over correct protocol, ring craft and best tricks to suit you and your dog
3. 2.00 – 4.00 Rally Novice and Advanced, a good opportunity to get expert advice and help with all those (sometimes) confusing signs
4. Sunday 6th July 8.30 – 10.30 Renee will set up a mock trick trial so you and your dog can try your try your trick skills, and you’ll get advice and feedback so that you’re ready for the real thing
5. 11.00 – 1.00 Jumps and tunnel sequences, hone those direction and verbal skills to negotiate those tricky turns
6. 2.00 – 4.00 Rally skills, advanced and masters

Training Workshop Weekend with Renee Patten

Renee is a passionate dog trainer who has been competing in Agility, Rally-O and Tricks for 20 years.  She looks forward to sharing some of her knowledge with you and helping with your training journey.  If you are you interested in learning more about training or competing in tricks, agility or Rally-O this is a fantastic opportunity here in your local area.  Renee will share her knowledge over a weekend of training courses:
